You may also find that when you get to that supplier that there are quantity restrictions and minimums to get the pricing structure that you want. You can also tell them things like you will buy a certain quantity over a period of time but seek the quantity pricing now. They may ask for some type of security but may not if you can show that you do use quite a bit of the items over a certain period of time. Shipping: What is then put into play is the cost of shipping for a small quantity of items. It will ultimately cost you less in ship charges if you buy more in each order rather than piece meal it. Also, ask if you can buy the items now and pay over several payment over the course of a few months rather then all up front.
